Mandatory Competencies
Four components (modules) are provided on-line via Oxley's ecampus:

• Managing Aggressive Behaviours
• Infection Control & Communicable Diseases
• Manual Handling
• Workplace Health & Safety and Fire Safety

Professional Development - Courses and Conferences
If an Oxley member would like to attend a course or a conference, Oxley may assist with providing reimbursement for either the course cost or conference registration.
